Together, we work on physical stuff like training goals – and the really important stuff…what happens outside the gym. Yup, we talk about mindset, nutrition, lifestyle, and habits. Remote Coaching
I’m a remote coach which means I’m with you where ever and when ever you work out! Not for just 1 or 2 hours at the gym. You and I have a conversation before you commit to working with me to make sure that we are a good fit for each other. Once we decide that we are a good team (yay!), we go through an assessment of your goals and where you are now with your fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. Based on the assessment, I create a customized plan for you, your goals, and your life. And then we get to work! I use TrueCoach software to send workouts, communicate, and track progress so it’s kinda like having me with you every time you open the app. How cool is that?
