My Story

Hi! I’m Kaitlin Gregory!

I’m a health and fitness coach, focused on supporting women through every stage of life. I’m a mom and wife, lifter of weights, lover of books and warm beverages, introvert and Enneagram 1 Wing 9. And I’m so glad that you are here!

Fun facts about me!

I’m from northwestern Wyoming and love the Rocky Mountains.

I have a Ph.D. in Pathobiology.

I love random facts.

How did I get here?

As a kid, I usually had dirt under my fingernails or my nose in a book. I dabbled in low level sports in middle and high school but never really felt “fit.” I was the science nerd. In college, I started to realize that I felt better when I ate a vegetable and moved my body instead of drinking beer and eating pizza and binge watching South Park. So I started to exercise regularly and cook my own food.

Fast forward to graduate school – half way through my PhD, I realized that I didn’t want to stay in academia. I enjoyed science but I knew that I didn’t want to keep doing research. While in grad school, I had stayed active and had become a gym rat and runner but was looking for more. I found a local CrossFit gym and became hooked on strength training and never really looked back. By the time I graduated with my PhD, I was spending all of my time outside of the lab, coaching and learning about health and fitness. I realized that I felt like the truest version of myself while helping others learn how to take care of their bodies. A few years later, I was given the opportunity to work as a professional coach and I took it! All throughout this time, I was training for CrossFit and then for weightlifting where I competed at a local and national level.

Time jump again! I became a mom in 2020 (talk about a life changing event!) and realized that it worked best for my family for me to work from home. So I moved my business online in 2021 so that I could stay at home with my growing family and work with more clients. My family continues to grow and so does my passion for helping women feel heard and empowered through their fitness journey. With over 10 years of lifting and coaching experience, I have found that women are unstoppable when they feel understood, strong and capable.

With every season of life – grad school, injury, rehab, transitioning from scientist to professional coach, pregnancy, post-partum, motherhood – I have found new definitions of fitness and health for myself. And so can you. Health and fitness is for life.
